How long does delivery take across the UAE?

Standard orders across all 7 Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.) are delivered within 3 to 4 business days.

What are the shipping charges?

We offer FREE delivery across the UAE on orders of 3 or more suits. A flat delivery fee of AED 20 applies to orders with 1 or 2 suits.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available for all UAE orders. You can pay cash directly to the courier agent upon arrival.

What is your Exchange Policy?

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the delivery date. We do not offer cash refunds, but you can exchange your item for any article of equal or higher value.

Are all items 100% original designer wear?

Yes, all our outfits are guaranteed 100% authentic original designer pieces curated from trusted Pakistani labels.

How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or SMS to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Can custom-stitched outfits be exchanged?

Outfits stitched to custom personal measurements are non-exchangeable and final sale, unless delivered with a manufacturing defect.
