2. Product Information & Pricing

  • Authenticity & Craftsmanship: We pride ourselves on offering authentic designer outfits. Product descriptions, embroidery details, fabrics, and color swatches are presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and studio lighting.
  • Currency & Pricing: All prices listed on our website are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change product prices, promotional offers, and stock availability without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment Methods

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email/SMS. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our Customer Support team will verify the details via WhatsApp prior to dispatch.
  • Payment Options: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across all 7 Emirates, as well as secure online credit/debit card payments processed through certified payment gateways.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our WhatsApp support team. Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be canceled.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery timelines and fees are governed by our official Shipping & Return Policy. Standard deliveries across the UAE take between 3 to 4 business days. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery by our authorized courier partner.

5. Returns & Exchanges (No Cash Refunds)

All sales, returns, and exchanges are strictly subject to our 7-Day Exchange Policy:

  • We do not offer cash refunds or monetary returns for change-of-mind purchases.
  • Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery for items of equal or higher value only.
  • Custom-stitched outfits crafted to personal measurements are final sale and non-exchangeable unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website—including brand names, logos, original outfit photography, website design, text graphics, and software—is the exclusive intellectual property of Majestic Style Official. Reproduction, duplication, or copying of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Majestic Style Official shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services, including minor delivery delays caused by external courier partners or unforeseen logistics circumstances.
